Once one of the top 3 largest malls in the world, the Century III mall in West Mifflin (PA) has been derelict since 2019.

After years of court battles and public skepticism, the mall is finally slated for demolition, and Neiswonger Construction is proud to have been awarded the contract for cleaning up the Century III site.

We will begin our demo efforts on the existing parking structure in April 2024.
