Neiswonger Construction is proud to be part of the development of the new Bethel Park Elementary School, a state-of-the-art 280,000-square-foot facility being constructed on the Neil Armstrong Middle School campus in Bethel Park, Pennsylvania.
The new three-story elementary school is designed to accommodate up to 1,800 students and will provide a modern learning environment for students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The facility will include flexible learning spaces, two gymnasiums, two playgrounds, three STEAM labs, two libraries, and a 300-seat large group instruction area.
As part of the project, Neiswonger Construction is responsible for the site development surrounding the new school. Our work includes earthwork, grading, utilities, and other site improvements necessary to prepare the property and support the new facility.
The project’s design incorporates a national park theme, using natural colors and elements of nature throughout the building to create an engaging environment and help guide students through the school. The facility also incorporates modern safety and security features designed to meet the needs of today’s students and staff.
With the site work now in its final stages, Neiswonger’s crews are completing the finishing touches throughout the property as the new Bethel Park Elementary School moves closer to completion.
We’re proud to contribute to a project that will serve the Bethel Park community and provide a new educational facility for generations of students.
